How do I book a room?
Enter your date of arrival and number of nights. IIf you have a promotional code, enter it in the corresponding field. Click on “See Rates and Book” and select the room type and rate. Fill in the form with your contact details and method of payment. Your credit card is only required as a guarantee. Your credit card details are encrypted through a secure server (VeriSign). You will immediately receive an email with your booking confirmation.
You may pay when checking out if you wish (excludes pre-pay bookings).
How can I change my booking?
Please send us an email with your request. You can also cancel your booking and make a new one.Make sure your new booking is available before cancelling the previous one.
How can I cancel my booking? Is there a cancellation fee?
There is no cancellation fee if you cancel within the permitted period. The cancellation policy is clearly explained in your booking confirmation.
Can I book the hotel over the phone?
We will be delighted to assist you over the phone, but you can also book online or by email.All our offers are also available on our website.
Is breakfast included in my booking? How much does it cost?
Breakfast is not included unless you have booked a bed and breakfast option. The hotel offers a substantial buffet breakfast every morning, at a price of 12.90 EUR per person, including tax. It is not necessary to book in advance.Please note, if you book the bed and breakfast option via our website, you will receive a good discount on the standard rate.
Can I choose the type of bed in my room?
Yes, you can. However, requests will be met according to availability at the hotel. Please fill in the “Comments” section when you are making your booking to request a room with a double bed or twin beds. We will do our best to meet your needs.
Can we store our luggage at the hotel after checking out?
Every one of our hotels has a room where you can store your luggage until you need it. There is no additional charge.
Is Wi-Fi available in the hotel? How much does it cost?
Every Acta Hotel has Wi-Fi access which is completely free of charge.
